Late payment is rarely a dispute. It is usually that nobody sent the reminder. Ipnops raises the invoice when the work is finished, sends it from your own address, and follows it up on the schedule you choose.
You write the rules in plain words: chase twice, seven days apart, then tell me. Escalate anything over five thousand to me on the first day it is late. Never chase this client automatically. The rules are yours and can be changed by saying so.
What you get back is the number that matters — who owes what, for how long, and which of them has stopped replying — before it becomes a cash-flow problem rather than after.
