Bookkeeping
Every transaction in the books, categorised and matched, as it happens.
01 / 03
Every transaction lands in the books, categorised.
01
Bank lines are matched to invoices as they arrive.
02
Month end is a report, not a weekend.
03
Bookkeeping is the work most businesses fall behind on first, because nothing goes wrong the day it is skipped. Ipnops keeps it current: each sale, refund, fee and supplier payment is posted to the right account as it happens, in the accounting package you already use.
Bank lines are matched against invoices and receipts automatically. What cannot be matched is put in front of you as a short list with a suggestion attached, rather than a spreadsheet to reconcile.
The result is that closing a month is reading a report instead of building one, and the question of how the business is doing has an answer that is true today rather than true in March.
02 / 03
It works inside the account you already have.
Nothing is moved and nothing is copied. You give permission, and you can take it back at any time.

The rest of Money.
Payments
Money taken and paid out on its own, inside a limit you set.
- Takes payment without a person pressing the button.
- Spends only up to the limit you set, and only with who you allow.
- Every payment leaves a receipt you can read.
Invoices
Raised on time, chased without you, and flagged before they become a problem.
- Raises the invoice when the work is done.
- Chases the ones nobody chased.
- Tells you who is late before you have to ask.
