Answers questions with the source it came from, not a guess.

The reason most businesses will not put an assistant in front of a customer is that it might make something up. Ipnops answers differently: every statement it makes is checked against the source it came from before it is shown.
Where the evidence does not cover the question, the answer says so. Not knowing is a valid result, and it is a far better one than a confident invention that costs you a customer.
The sources are current, because the web is read live rather than remembered from a training run. Prices, policies, opening hours and availability are as they are today.

Research
The job that takes an afternoon, finished while you do something else.
- Takes a question that needs an afternoon and finishes it on its own.
- Goes and finds what it was missing rather than stopping.
- Comes back with the answer and everywhere it came from.
Watching
One question, watched, and a message only when the answer changes.
- Watches a question and tells you when the answer changes.
- Stays quiet when nothing changed, so an alert means something.
- Prices, competitors, listings, rules, availability.
Using websites
The places with no other way in, used the way a person would use them.
- Uses a website the way a person does when there is no other way in.
- Fills the form, clicks the button, reads the result.
- Reaches suppliers and portals that were never built to be connected.
