# Ipnops

> Ipnops puts AI to work across the tools a business already uses. It connects to the accounts a company already pays for — payments, books, shop, mail, calendar and website — does the work inside them under limits the owner sets, and writes down everything it did. There is nothing to install and no code to write.

Ipnops is not a chat window and not a replacement for the software a business already runs. Stripe keeps holding the money, Xero keeps holding the books, Shopify keeps holding the catalogue, Google Workspace keeps holding the mail. Ipnops is granted permission to act inside those accounts, within limits the owner writes, and every action it takes is recorded: what was done, on whose instruction, what it changed and what it cost. Permission is granted per product and withdrawn in one click.

The catalogue is nineteen jobs across six parts of a business:

- Money: payments, bookkeeping, invoices.
- Selling: your shop, orders, product pages.
- Messages: email, chat, calls.
- Answers: customer answers, finding things, research, watching, using websites.
- Being found: AI visibility, reporting.
- Running on its own: workflows, the builder, your own brand.

Working today: customer answers, finding things, research, watching, using websites, AI visibility, reporting and workflows. The remaining eleven open as each connection is completed, and every page on the site prints the state of each one rather than implying they all work.

Finding things matches meaning rather than words: a search for what somebody meant returns the right page even when not one word of it matches, and the exact words are still used where the exact words are the point, such as an order number or a part code. It covers the business's own site and material today.

Answers are grounded. Every statement is checked against the source it came from before it is shown, and where the evidence does not cover the question the answer reports that it is insufficient rather than improvising. Work runs durably: a job survives a closed browser and a restart, carries a budget set in advance, and stops at it.

Agencies, consultancies and software companies resell all of it under their own name, on their own domain, at their own prices, with each of their clients kept entirely separate.

Enterprises run the same engine inside their own environment, where the data never leaves the perimeter and every action is recorded for audit.
